At the Carsey School of Public Policy, you can register for select courses as a continuing education learner and earn college credits. Whether you're looking to jumpstart your career, explore a degree program, or learn something new, we have courses for you. Study alongside practitioners, community changemakers, and policy advocates, learning skills and tools needed to make a bigger impact in our communities.

PA 804: Policy & Program Evaluation


This course will cover evaluation planning, program theory, research methods, data analysis, and the presentation of findings.

PA 800: Foundations & Theories of Public Administration


This online course explores the theoretical foundations of public administration and their practical applications.

Permission: Please contact the Carsey School's Admission Specialist & Academic Advisor, Sanjeev Sharma, to discuss the course you wish to enroll in and review any requirements or pre-requisites that may exist for the course.

How to Enroll:

  • New Students — New Continuing Education students must complete the Continuing Education Registration Request form to register for the first time and will be set up with a UNH student account.
  • Returning Students — Returning students who have taken a continuing education course within the last year can use their existing UNH student account to log into Webcat and register for courses when registration is open.
    If it has been over a year since you last registered for a continuing education course or you're a returning UNH alumni, you will need to complete the Continuing Education Registration Request form to re-activate your UNH student account.
