About the Alliance Scholarship
Employees and board members of Community Opportunity Alliance and Alliance member organizations may be eligible for a tuition discount of up to 20% to pursue a master's degree in: Community Development (MCD), Public Administration (MPA), Global Conflict & Human Security (GCHS), or Public Policy (MPP) at the Carsey School.

Community Opportunity Alliance
- Submit an application to UNH's Graduation School for admission to the selected Carsey School graduate degree program.
- Complete the Carsey/Alliance Education Award Application Form and include a letter of support if your supervisor or Community Opportunity Alliance official is not one of the three referees in your application.
- Email the completed Carsey/Alliance Education Award Application form to Carsey School Admissions.
- Designed for working professionals, our programs are offered online and on campus with part-time options.
- Our faculty consists of working professionals and academics who are experts in their fields.
- Our curriculum consists of hands-on learning and opportunities to grow your network of changemakers.

*These scholarships represent a $5,000 reduction in tuition, over the duration of the master's program. The percentage varies based on the chosen master's program and the specific partnership agreement. Applicants are only eligible to receive one Carsey Partner Scholarship.
