Take your next step toward an affordable, nationally recognized graduate degree in public service.
What You Will Need
Official Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts can be uploaded for the evaluation of your application. If admitted, you will need to request that official transcripts from each institution you attended for two or more semesters be sent directly to the UNH Graduate School via email or hard copy. All submitted transcripts must be in English. For transcripts in languages other than English, please consult the International Students page for guidance.
Personal Statement
Provide a clear, concise statement of your relevant past experiences, including academics, research, and/or work experience. Your statement should also include an expression of interest and an explanation of your goals in pursuing your graduate degree. This should be approximately 1-2 pages.
Resume
Please include all relevant experience, including volunteer/unpaid work, focusing on accomplishments and transferable skills.
3 Letters of Recommendation
Please use academic and professional references only. We recommend contacting your references before applying. On your application, you will be asked to supply the names of your referees and their email addresses. Your references will receive their requests after you submit your application.
Test Scores
The GRE is not required for admission to Carsey's master's degree programs. Non-native English-speaking international applicants must submit proof of English language proficiency. Please consult the Graduate School Admission Test Scores page for more details.
