The Carsey School of Public Policy has faculty and staff working on a broad range of issues and projects. We share their research in our succinct, accessible, timely Carsey publications and involve them in a variety of community, state, national, and international projects. Our research provides a richer understanding from the community to planetary level to underpin progress to a better, more sustainable, future.
The Center for Impact Finance (CIF) has moved its research and training operations to the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. We maintain a strong relationship with them and expect to collaborate in the future, and will retain aspects of their work in the following capacities:
Professor Michael Swack, CIF Founder, will stay with CIF and remain as a Senior Fellow at Carsey and teach for our Community Development master's degree program.
Carsey's Community Development graduate degree, curriculum, and excellent faculty will continue with Carsey, including Senior Lecturer Jolan Rivera.
Carsey's partnerships and scholarship agreements with many Community Development organizations remain in place and will be ongoing.
CIF research publications developed before June 1, 2026, can be found on our publications page.
