Rob Schultz is a Fellow at NH Listens. He works at Vital Communities in White River Junction, Vt. There, he manages Leadership Upper Valley and directs Vital Communities’ development efforts. Before Vital Communities, Rob was Executive Director of COVER Home Repair and of the Farm & Wilderness Foundation. He worked for many years facilitating experiential learning environments for people of all ages. He lives in Hanover with his partner Diane and loves anything that keeps him outside: carpentry, gardening, kayaking, and hiking.
What drives me is designing and executing compelling programming that nourishes the participants and inspires them to serve their community. I care about creating learning spaces where the participants are moved by the material, by the diversity of people around them, by the community they create together, and by the opportunities for action that follow their discoveries.
