
Rachael A. Blansett, M. Ed. is an educator, facilitator, and consultant with over a decade of experience in organizational leadership and DEI strategy work across K–12, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. Most recently serving as the DEIJ Director for the Oyster River Cooperative School District, Rachael has led over 30 annual workshops, supported student belonging spaces, and guided strategic equity initiatives. She is currently operating her own independent consulting and facilitation practice, where she partners with various institutions to design and deliver professional development focused on trauma-informed education, intersectional leadership, and inclusive practices.
Rachael currently serves as an NH Listens Fellow at the Carsey School of Public Policy and is pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of New Hampshire. She also co-leads regional institutes, events, and sits on multiple statewide advisory committees dedicated to equity and community well-being.
