Rachael is the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Coordinator at the Oyster River Cooperative School District in New Hampshire. She was formerly a Diversity & Inclusion Fellow working for both the College of the Atlantic in Maine and Sterling College in Vermont. Embarking on her career in higher education, she has worked primarily in LGBTQ resource centers, multicultural programming, social justice education and community organizing work before entering the realm of residence life. Previously working at the University of Michigan and UC Berkeley, she wanted to transition back into the heart of her passion, which is supporting marginalized students and designing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion programming for college campuses.

Prior to her professional journey, Rachael received her M. Ed. in Student Affairs with a certificate in Social Justice Education from Iowa State University (2018) and earned her B.S. in Communications with an emphasis in Journalism at Grand Valley State University (2015).
