Kristen Butterfield

Kristen joined the Honors Program staff in 2017. Her role included advising Honors students, creating Honors programming, and managing the program office. She was a member of the Honors Program while a student at UNH, and was active in the founding years of the Peer Mentor program. After graduating from UNH she earned a degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University, and returned to work in the UNH Admissions office in 2013. She was committed to social justice on campus and beyond, contributing to the MLK Leadership Summit and the Waysmeet Center, where she was a member of the board. She is currently a student support counselor in Student Services at Manchester Community College.
