Zack Angelini ‘14, 16G, Co-Founder of Public Good Provisions

As Co-Founder of Public Good Provisions, Zack develops regenerative agriculture strategies, partnerships, and supply webs for global brands across the fashion, food, and outdoor industries. Zack formerly led global sustainability at Timberland where he built new regenerative agriculture supply chains for the company’s top volume natural materials. In 2021, Zack was named to the GreenBiz 30 Under 30 List of emerging leaders in business sustainability around the world, and Drapers 30 Under 30 List of rising stars in fashion retail.

Walt Bailey, Senior Sales Director North American Wholesale, Patagonia

Walt is the Senior Sales Director for North American Wholesale at Patagonia, and is responsible for the US and Canada Wholesale business, Corporate Sales and Professional Purchasing. He has been with Patagonia for 24 years, and worked in the outdoor retail area for the past 30 years. He resides in Yarmouth, Maine with his two children and spends as much time as possible outside.

Brian O'Connor, Director, Sustainability and Global Compliance, L.L.Bean

Brian is Director, Sustainability and Global Compliance at L.L.Bean, Inc., a leading multi-channel merchant of quality outdoor gear and apparel. Founded in 1912 by Leon Leonwood Bean, the company remains committed to the same honest principles upon which it was built and to care for all of the company’s stakeholders: customers, employees, vendors, communities and the natural environment. Aligned with the company’s commitment to sustainability, Brian leads the team at L.L.Bean committed to working cross functionally to ensure sustainable and responsible practices across the business, from the materials used in products and packaging, to the vendors they partner with, and the facilities in which they work. Previously, Brian has held a number of senior positions leading strategic projects, and in finance and strategic planning and analysis.  Earlier in his career Brian spent time at the investment firm Wellington Management and with PwC. He graduated from Bates College with a BA in Mathematics, and earned his MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Colleen Vien,President & CEO, Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA)
 
Colleen Vien joined the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA) in November 2023 as President & CEO.  She oversees the organization’s development and the advancement of APSCA’s mission to enhance the professionalism and credibility of the individuals and organizations performing independent social compliance audits.
Ms. Vien's career has been marked by an unwavering commitment to upholding human rights within complex global supply chains. During her decade-plus tenure at Timberland, she held the crucial role of overseeing human rights and environmental standards across the company's global supply chain. Through proactive engagement and innovative strategies, her team implemented responsible sourcing practices that extended beyond factory walls.
