Alumni Feature: With MCD Graduate Andreanecia Morris ‘20G
Master in Community Development (MCD) alum Andreanecia Morris ‘20G sits down to an interview with MCD Director Michael Swack to discuss her experience in the program and how earning this degree supports her work as Executive Director of HousingNOLA.
Andreanecia has led the public-private partnership HousingNOLA since 2014. She focuses on implementing a 10-year strategy aimed at ending housing insecurity in New Orleans and fostering community empowerment across the state of Louisiana. Andreanecia has worked in the housing sector in New Orleans for more than 20 years, in a variety of roles ranging from a housing authority deputy chief of staff to vice president of an affordable housing development firm.
