“As the HR Director for a large New Hampshire municipality, I can speak to the growing need for educated and skilled professionals. We are facing a record number of baby boomer retirements. Finding people with an education in Public Administration, Community Development, or Public Policy is so beneficial for bringing innovative ideas to Municipal management and for our current employees’ career advancement and enrichment.”
