About the Washington Center Alumni Scholarship

UNH undergraduate students who have successfully completed an internship through The Washington Center (TWC) are eligible for a tuition discount of up to 20%* to pursue a master’s degree at the Carsey School of Public Policy in: Community Development (MCD), Global Conflict & Human Security (GCHS), Public Administration (MPA), or Public Policy (MPP).

Additionally, any student who has completed one of TWC’s Internship programs and is pursuing the MPP program is eligible to have their internship requirement waived.

UNH undergraduates enrolled in the MPA or MPP Accelerated Master’s program who have completed one of TWC's internship programs are also eligible for this scholarship.

  1. Submit an application to UNH's Graduate School for admission to the selected Carsey School graduate degree program.
  2. Complete the Scholarship Application.

*The percentage varies based on the chosen master's program and the specific partnership agreement. The discount is applied over the duration of the master's program.
