Why did you decide to pursue a Master's in Public Administration? I believe that a Master of Public Administration is the best place to learn skills necessary for the future for the following reasons: the flexible nature of the program requirements which will allow me to incorporate education policy into my graduate studies, the relatively local geographical location which will allow me to make useful professional contacts, and the program's unique focus on merging budget and policy analysis with personnel management. In the long term, I would like to have an impact on the national education system, especially in rural areas experiencing similar changes to Maine.
