Stephanie McNally is a MPP Fellow for New Hampshire Listens for the 2021/2022 academic year. She is a Master in Public Policy candidate in the Carsey School of Public Policy. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Spanish and Social Justice with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from Merrimack College.

Throughout the past year, Stephanie observed how COVID impacted coworkers, friends, family, and communities and not just in terms of health. With the passions developed in her undergraduate studies and professional experiences, she strives to utilize her skills to make a difference towards a more equitable future. Stephanie is pursuing the MPP to provide her the tools to work within policy approaches that better consider the diversity of the population they serve.

When not working at NH listens, in class or studying, Stephanie is often enjoying lake Winnipesaukee, skiing, snowboarding or playing with her two French bulldogs, known as “the pigs”, Gus and Henry.  She resides in Wolfeboro with her fiancé.
