Rachel Filippone joined the Center for Social Policy in Practice in 2025 as a Research Scientist II. With a graduate background in sociology and statistics, she specializes in data analysis and mixed-methods research. Before joining Carsey, she worked as an applied anthropologist in Arizona, where she became interested in using social science to support community-driven solutions. She has lived in several states across the United States and enjoys exploring new places by spending time outdoors.
