Paul Anskat

Paul Anskat joined the Carsey School of Public Policy in June 2014 as part of the Vulnerable Families research team. His work at Carsey has focused on poverty, race, the social safety net, and working families.
Paul is currently a doctoral candidate in the sociology department at the University of New Hampshire, with a concentration in race and stratification. In 2010, he earned a master’s degree in Applied Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Boston. His Master’s Thesis was on trends and determining factors of attitudes towards abortion. Prior to joining the Vulnerable Families research team at Carsey, Paul worked as a data coordinator at Tufts University Medical School and earned his bachelor degree from Providence College in 2007.
