Serve Others and Earn Your Degree
About the Carsey School-City Year University Partnership
City Year corps members and alumni are eligible to receive up to $7,000 through Carsey's City Year University Partnership program to pursue a master’s degree at the University of New Hampshire’s Carsey School of Public Policy in: Community Development (MCD), Global Conflict & Human Security (GCHS), Public Administration (MPA), or Public Policy (MPP). In addition to the scholarship, the $65 application fee is waived for City Year applicants.
Please use the Carsey Scholarship Application to apply for the City Year Scholarship
The amount of the City Year Scholarship depends on the total hours of service. The Carsey School would like to offer anyone serving in City Year, whose service was shortened by recent federal funding cuts, the same scholarship award amounts they would have been entitled to based on their original service contract, up to a maximum of $7,000. This represents a 20% - 35% tuition discount, depending upon the Carsey School master’s degree program that is chosen.
