Effective Co-Facilitation

You don't have to do this work alone! When possible, call upon your co-facilitators to help each other host the dialogue or community event. Effective co-facilitation involves strong communication, planning, and nimbleness. This training on effective co-facilitation will share skills and tips for you to successfully work with your co-facilitators at your next event.

Facilitating Through Conflict

The role of a facilitator in many spaces is to support the group in working with and moving through conflict. Conflict tension can serve as a useful space for the group to grow and go deeper into an issue, often leading to more thoughtful solutions. This training on facilitating through conflict will help you build the skills to identify conflict, hold space for resolution, and know when to intervene as a facilitator.
