Civic Health
Like a doctor tracks your vital signs, we track the vital signs of civic life in New Hampshire communities — how connected people feel, how much they trust local and federal government, and how often they show up for their community. Through statewide reports and a research index built with partners across the state, we turn that data into a clear picture of where New Hampshire stands and a toolkit communities can use to strengthen it.
Climate Action Planning
On behalf of the NH Department of Environmental Services, we're designing and facilitating the public conversations behind the state's climate action plans, bringing residents, local leaders, and stakeholders into a process that shapes real policy and funding decisions. From cross-sector gatherings to statewide surveys, our job is to make sure New Hampshire's climate plans reflect what people who live here actually need.
