Tina Kim Philibotte

Tina Kim Philibotte is a high school English & Performing Arts teacher in New Hampshire public schools. She was a 2020 finalist for the NH State Teacher of the Year Program, a two-time National Writing Project Fellow, and is on the Advisory Group for the Endowment for Health's Race & Equity Series. In 2020, she founded “NH Educators for Equity” and is committed to developing anti-racist/anti-bias schools where all students and faculty feel like they belong.
She has presented at the NEA NH annual conference, the New Teachers Retreat, and has been a guest speaker for arts education courses at UCLA. She has contributed to statewide curriculum and teacher accreditation committees for the NH Department of Education and also works with the NAACP Manchester Education Committee to create actionable steps toward equitable educational practices. Tina received both her BA and Master’s Degree in Education from Plymouth State University.
