Reagan Baughman is Master in Public Policy faculty and the John A. Hogan Distinguished Professor in Economics at UNH, teaching courses in labor economics, public finance, and health economics.   She has spent time at two public policy organizations – the New England Public Policy Center of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and the U.S. Congressional Budget Office.  Her research includes analyses of health insurance, the effects of public policy on health outcomes, and the direct care workforce
