Designs and conducts contracted and grant-funded evaluations for non-profit programs and government agencies serving individuals, families, and communities in New Hampshire and beyond. Works with clients through every phase of evaluation, including: development of logic models identifying measurable program outcomes; construction of questionnaires and interview guides; data collection, management, and analysis; and authoring of evaluation reports tailored to target audiences. Directs evaluation project budget, staffing, timeline, and deliverables.
