Eleanor M. Jaffee, PhD, is the Evaluation Program Director at the Carsey School of Public Policy. Dr. Jaffee designs and conducts rigorous third-party evaluations for non-profit programs and government agencies serving individuals, families, and communities in New Hampshire and beyond, as well as for NSF, NIH, and DOE grantees. She works with clients through every phase of evaluation, including: development of logic models identifying measurable program outcomes; writing evaluation plans for proposals; construction of questionnaires and interview guides; data collection, management, and analysis; and authoring of evaluation reports tailored to target audiences. She also manages evaluation project budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
