Wednesday, October 17, 2018 - 8:15am to 9:30am
UNH Law School, 2 White Street, Warren B Rudman Center, Room 204, Concord

There are five regions in the world where many live beyond the age of 100. Michael Loomis, Wellness Program Administrator for the NH Department of Administrative Services, will discuss these five regions, called “Blue Zones,” and the nine healthy lifestyle habits shared among their cultures that you can incorporate into your own life.

Coffee and Conversations is a discussion series jointly organized by the Carsey School of Public Policy, the State of NH Bureau of Education and Training, and the NH Association of Certified Public Managers to engage public service professionals in learning, problem solving and collaboration. We’ll provide the coffee, you provide the conversation!
