The Carsey School of Public Policy works with experts across the nation and across the globe to create valuable certificate programs for professionals to advance their careers.

The Fundamentals of the Opportunity Finance Industry Program--Certificate in Community Development Finance is a three-day course  offered twice per year - in the summer on campus in Durham, NH and another convenient location based on demand. It is jointly offered by the Carsey School and the Opportunity Finance Network and is designed for practitioners who are interested in expanding their knowledge of the fundamentals of the opportunity finance industry, which provides financing and financial services to low-income, low-wealth, and other disadvantaged people and communities.
